Jun 04 Invitation to a gathering of the DD senior club on September 16, 2025
This year again, Danish Decommissioning would like to invite DD's senior club for a visit.
On DD's anniversary, Tuesday, September 16, 2025, there will again be an opportunity to gather in DD's senior club. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the projects and observe their progress, as well as meet both current and former employees.
Today's Program
10:00-11:00 AM: Tour of the workshops with craftsmen Lars Mikkelsen and Thomas Nielsen. Participation in this tour is optional. Please note that this is a walk of a few kilometers. Kindly indicate during registration for the event whether you wish to participate in this tour.
11:00 AM-12:00 PM: Walk to the Hot Cells and intermediate storage facility with Engineer Morten Dalby. Participation in this tour is optional. Please note that this is a walk of a few kilometers. Kindly indicate during registration for the event whether you wish to participate in this tour.
If you do not wish to participate in one or both walks/tours, the event will commence at 12:00 PM.
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch and presentation by DD's Director Steen Nordstrøm in meeting room M1 in the Pavilion.
If you have any special dietary requirements, please note them in your registration.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Birthday cake and coffee together with DD's current employees.
Registration for the event must be submitted in writing to HR via email: HR@dekom.dk. When registering, please indicate whether you wish/do not wish to participate in one or both walks/tours, and if you have any special dietary requirements for lunch.
We will meet in the foyer of building 214 – both for the walks/tours and for those who choose to arrive directly for lunch and the presentation at 12:00 PM.
You will be registered as guests with the gate guard, so you simply need to report to them upon arrival at Risø, and they will issue guest passes.
