Conclusions and recommendations from the preliminary studies have been published on the Ministry of Interior and Health's website. Among other findings, 22 suitable areas are identified, and 6 are recommended for the repository's location. This comprehensive material has now been handed over to an inter-ministerial working group, which will continue work on the establishment and siting of the final repository. A press briefing will be held at DD on Thursday, May 5th, at 10 AM, where attendees can pose detailed technical questions to DD, SIS, and GEUS, and selected facilities will be showcased.
